Wow, everyone here has it pretty rough, but I think it’s safe to say that everyone here is human. (Except maybe Captain Freed. He’s kinda strange looking.) And they’re from another world different from Earth… That must mean that humans live in different dimensions besides Earth. And boy, do they look behind the times. Their attire is definitely not something you’d see in our era. Yet in a previous post I made, Kyle (the blue haired boy with the short ponytail) ran past a broken down rusted old car and it apparently looks like a 1973 Ford Pinto. Kind of weird how things from different eras of Earth are mixed in.

For some reason I thought of Army of Darkness, the third movie in the Evil Dead series.

The main character, Ash, screwed up very badly in the previous movie and starts this movie being transported to some bizarre other dimension along with his car and all. The said car was a ‘73 Oldsmobile 88, but the one in the screenshot could be a first or second generation Oldsmobile? Just look the ‘49 sedan .

Besides, the people’s situation isn’t too different. A generic medieval-like people against an unstoppable army of darkness (d’oh) who seek to take over the world (and random portals sucking people in). But in the movie’s case we are talking about zombies, and GX got fiends-type monsters.

Of course, it might not be the case, through.

Hmm very interesting. (We already had the zombie apocalypse of course so having another one would be pushing it. XD)

The people themselves look are medieval like and somehow they still have the cars and colored photography. I mentioned earlier that it sounds like the world these people come from is a lot like the One Piece world where the setting is the 1500’s but some of the technology and luxuries they have are from the 20th and 21st centuries.
